No one likes the surprise of unexpected costs. This chart spells out, all in one place, various costs associated with eCore participation.

Note:

  • eCore tuition and fees are separate from and in addition to the tuition you are paying for other SPSU courses
  • Georgia's Hope Scholarship covers eCore tuition only

Additional $223 if taking on campus-classes

Books   Online bookstore. Costs vary by book. Check syllabus for required titles. $65 - $179 for each new book

$45 - $100 for each used book

As much as $300 per course for those with multiple textbook requirements

Proctored Tests   SPSU charges $25/test.

Each eCore course requires from 1 or 2 proctored tests. Check the syllabus.
$25-$50 at SPSU for each course, depending on how many exams.

UWG charges a $15 late fee if exams are not scheduled on time.
